Payment Received – Thank You!

Thank you for your payment! We will deposit these funds into our trust account until we have performed the legal work that we have been hired to complete. If for any reason a refund is needed, please refer to our refund policy on the payment page for how the refund will be processed.

Please keep in mind that we are working for – assisting or representing – the detained immigrant, and not the person who is making the payment. For updates on the case, please contact the detained immigrant. We are able to keep our prices low by limiting the time we spend explaining things to multiple people. Thank you for your understanding.

We work to ensure that all immigrants facing removal from the United States understand their rights under the law, have access to counsel, and are treated fairly and humanely.

Through legal education and litigation support we help protect people’s rights in the United States.
